The United States, Australia, and Paraguay have advanced from Group D at the 2026 Men’s World Cup, with Türkı̇ye eliminated.

Folarin BALOGUN scored twice in the US’s opening win over Paraguay. That was followed by a 2-0 win against Australia that earned them top spot in the group with a match to play.

The Socceroos and the Albirroja played to a goalless draw on the last day of the group. With both teams having defeated Türkı̇ye earlier, both advanced, with Australia ahead of Paraguay on goal difference.

The US next travel to Santa Clara, CA, United States to face Bosnia-Herzegovina in the round of 32 on WED 01 JUL 2026. Australia’s next match is against Egypt on FRI 03 JUL 2026 in Arlington, TX, United States, whilst Paraguay travel to Foxborough, MA, United States to take on Germany on MON 29 JUN 2026.
