The draw for the UEFA playoffs was held on THU 18 JUN 2026 in Nyon, Switzerland. Both rounds of playoffs have been drawn, forming eight brackets of four teams each.

The first round, to be played in OCT 2026, includes 16 playoffs. Eight will be between a team from League C and a second or third placed team from League A. The other eight will see a second or third placed team from League B facing a fourth placed team from League A or a first placed team from League B.

The second round will be played in NOV-DEC 2026. Of the winners of these eight playoffs, the seven highest, based upon their performance in the league phase, will qualify for the 2027 Women’s World Cup. The remaining team will advance to the elimination phase of the interconfederation playoffs.
