The draw for the CAF Women’s African Nations Cup will be held on THU 15 JAN 2026 in Rabat, Morocco. The 16 teams will be placed into four groups of four teams each.

Morocco, as host nation, are seeded and placed in Group A. Nigeria, as title holders, are placed in Group C. The other seeded teams, Ghana and South Africa, will be drawn into Groups B and D. One team from each of the remaining pots will then be placed into each group.

The tournament will be played in MAR-APR 2026. The top four teams will qualify for the 2027 Women’s World Cup, and two other teams will advance to the playoffs for another opportunity to qualify.

• Pot 2: Algeria, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Zambia
• Pot 3: Burkina Faso, Egypt, Mali, Senegal
• Pot 4: Cabo Verde, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania
