CONCACAF held the draw for its preliminary round of qualifiers for the 2027 Women’s World Cup on WED 20 AUG 2025. The 29 teams were drawn into six groups.

The 29 teams taking part in the preliminary round were drawn into six groups. Due to the late withdrawal of the Turks-Caicos Is, Group F has only four teams; each other group contains five teams.

Teams in each group will play one another once starting in NOV 2025. The first placed team in each group will advance to the CONCACAF W Championship, joining the two highest ranked teams [United States and Canada]. From there, four teams will qualify for Brazil 2027, and two will advance to the playoffs.

• Group B: Antigua-Barbuda, Dominica, Guyana, Jamaica, Nicaragua
• Group C: Bermuda, Cayman Is, Costa Rica, Grenada, Guatemala
• Group D: Anguilla, Belize, Dominican Rep, Haiti, Suriname
• Group E: Aruba, Cuba, Curaçao, Panama, St Kitts-Nevis
• Group F: Barbados, El Salvador, Honduras, Trinidad-Tobago
• Bye to CONCACAF W Championship: Canada, United States
• Withdrew: Turks-Caicos Is
• Did not enter: Bahamas, British Virgin Is, Montserrat
