The last two matches in Group A of the OFC Women’s Nations Cup were played on SAT 24 NOV 2018, as three teams were in the running to join Papua New Guinea in the semifinals.

• Papua New Guinea 03-01 Tahiti: With PNG already into the semifinals, Tahiti opened strongly and took the lead through Hanihei TAUMAA in the fifth minute. PNG, however, responded well, and Selina UNAMBA found the equaliser just after the half hour mark. Ramona PADIO added two goals in the second half to lead PNG into first place in Group A.
• New Caledonia 02-00 Samoa: The host nation had the majority of possession but could not break through the Samoan defense until Ami-Nata AJAPUHNYA’s 50th minute header. Kamene XOWIE added a second later in the half, securing New Caledonia’s place in the last four.
