Group B of the CAF Women’s African Nations Cup came to a close on SAT 24 NOV 2018, with the last two places in the elimination phase to be decided.

• Equatorial Guinea 00-06 Nigeria: Asisat OSHOALA recorded a hat trick, all three goals coming in the first half, as the Super Falcons move on. They meet Cameroon in the semifinals on Tuesday; the semifinal winners and the winner of the third place match qualify for France 2019.
• South Africa 01-01 Zambia: The teams swapped goals in the first ten minutes, with Chrestinah KGATLANA’s opener for Banyana Banyana answered by Rachael KUNDANANJI. But Zambia could not find the winner they needed, and South Africa claimed top spot in Group B. Mali await them in the semifinals; the winner qualifies for the Women’s World Cup, which would be a first for either nation.
