As the CONCACAF Caribbean second preliminary round came to an end on SUN 02 SEP 2018, Trinidad-Tobago and Cuba secured their places in the next round.

• Bermuda 00-03 Trinidad-Tobago: Two goals from Kennya CORDNER and one from Kayla TAYLOR lifted Trinidad-Tobago into second place in the group. T-T keep up their record as the only team never to have missed a CONCACAF Women’s Championship.
• Jamaica 06-01 Cuba: Khadija SHAW’s two goals make her the worldwide leader with sixteen in the qualifiers so far. Bermuda’s earlier loss had already assured the Cubans a place in their first CONCACAF tournament.
• Advance to CONCACAF Women’s Championship: Cuba, Jamaica, Trinidad-Tobago
• Eliminated: Antigua-Barbuda, Bermuda
