• Latvia 01-01 Georgia: Karlīna MIKSONE’s equaliser in the 45th minute cancelled an opener by Mariam DANELIA of Georgia, but Latvia’s frantic pressure in the second half could not produce the breakthrough they needed. Instead, Kazakhstan take first place in Group A.
• Albania 02-01 Greece: Albania’s Megi DOCI and Greece’s Sofia NATI swapped goals in the opening twenty minutes. Shortly after the interval, Greece’s Anastasia GKATSOU was sent off for taking down Lavdie BEGOLLI in the area. Furtuna VELAJ would miss the penalty, but she would make amends with a crucial goal in the 90th minute that earned Albania the Group B title.
• Moldova 00-00 Israel: Moldova keeper Anna ZATUŞEVSCAIA made three saves in a busy second half, but the goalless result was enough to send both teams through to the group phase, Israel as Group C winners and Moldova as the top runners up.
• Faroe Is 02-01 Turkey: Just minutes after entering the match, Milja SIMONSEN scored the winner to award top spot in Group D to the Faroe Is.
