• Korea Rep 04-00 Uzbekistan: Needing to win by two goals, Korea Rep reached that mark with goals by YOO Young A in the 21st minute and by JI So Yun in the 23rd. Ji added a second shortly after the break as Korea Rep edge Korea DPR on goal difference in Group B.
• Vietnam 02-00 Myanmar: Nguyen Thi Tuyet DUNG put the hosts ahead early in the second half, and Huynh NHU added her sixth of the campaign, as Vietnam made sure of their place in Jordan. They finish Group D with four wins and 27 total goals scored.
• Jordan 05-01 Philippines: Two goals from Maysa JBARAH in the first half took her total to thirteen and made her the top scorer in the preliminary round. Jordan finish Group A with five wins in five matches, an immense boost as they seek to become the first Middle Eastern nation to qualify for a Women’s World Cup.
