FIFA have published the match schedule for the 2026 Men’s World Cup. The tournament opens on THU 11 JUN 2026, with the final to be played in East Rutherford, NJ, USA on SUN 19 JUL 2026.

The sixteen venues have been divided into eastern, central, and western regions. Each venue hosts at least four matches, with some hosting as many as eight. Most groups will be based in a single region, except Canada’s group, which will have matches in both the eastern and western regions.

Mexico will play in the opening match on THU 11 JUN 2026 in México, CDMX, MEX. Their second group match will be in Zapopan, Jal, MEX, followed by another match in CDMX.

Canada will play one group match in Toronto, ON, CAN, followed by two in Vancouver, BC, CAN. The United States will have their first and third group matches in Inglewood, CA, USA, with a trip to Seattle, WA, USA in between.

The semifinals will be TUE 14-WED 15 JUL 2026 in Arlington, TX, USA and Atlanta, GA, USA. The third place match will be played in Miami Gardens, FL, USA on SAT 18 JUL 2026, followed by the final match in East Rutherford the next day.

Groups will be assigned to venues at a later date, although the allocation of specific matches to venues will not occur until after the final draw.
