The AFC held the draw for its preliminary round of qualifiers for the 2027 Women’s World Cup on THU 27 MAR 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The 34 participating teams were allocated into eight groups.

Matches will be played in JUN-JUL 2025. Each group will be hosted by one of the participating teams. Teams in each group will play one another once, with the first placed team in each group advancing to the Women’s Asian Cup. From there, six teams will qualify for Brazil 2027, and two others will advance to the playoffs.

• Group B: India, Iraq, Mongolia, Thailand [host], Timor-Leste
• Group C: Bahrain, Bangladesh, Myanmar [host], Turkmenistan

• Group E: Guam, Maldives, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam [host]
• Group F: Laos, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan [host]
