The draw for the OFC Women’s Nations Cup was held on TUE 10 MAY 2022 in Auckland, New Zealand. The nine participating teams were placed into three groups of three teams each.

Host nation Fiji were placed into Group C with New Caledonia and the Solomon Is. Group A features Tonga, the Cook Is, and Samoa, whilst Group B is made up of Papua New Guinea, Tahiti, and Vanuatu.

The tournament will be played WED 13-SAT 30 JUL 2022 in Fiji. Eight of the nine teams will advance to the elimination phase, with the eventual champion advancing to the playoffs for a chance to qualify for the 2023 Women’s World Cup.

New Zealand, as cohost, qualify for the Women’s World Cup automatically and are not participating in the OFC Women’s Nations Cup. American Samoa declined to enter the competition.
