The draw for the CONCACAF final round of qualifiers for the 2026 Men’s World Cup was held on THU 12 JUN 2025 in Miami, FL, USA. The twelve teams were allocated into three groups of four.

Two of the groups feature Central American sides prominently, as Panama, El Salvador, and Guatemala were joined in Group A by Suriname, and Group C matches Costa Rica, Honduras, and Nicaragua with Haiti. Group B, on the other hand, is comprised primarily of Caribbean nations, with Jamaica, Curaçao, Trinidad-Tobago, and Bermuda.

Costa Rica have the most prior Men’s World Cup experience, having qualified six times previously. Five teams – Bermuda, Curaçao, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Suriname – are aiming to qualify for the first time.
