The draw for the CAF playoffs will be held in Douala, Cameroon on SAT 22 JAN 2022, CAF have confirmed. The playoffs will decide the five teams that will represent Africa at the 2022 Men’s World Cup.

The ten teams that advanced from the group phase will be drawn into five pairs that will play over two legs in MAR 2022, with the Pot 1 team playing the second leg at home. The aggregate winners qualify for Qatar 2022.

• Pot 1: Algeria, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal, Tunisia
• Pot 2: Cameroon, Congo DR, Egypt, Ghana, Mali
