The Confederación Sudamericana de Fútbol [CONMEBOL] has 10 FIFA members. Brazil qualify automatically for the 2027 Women’s World Cup as host nation. All of the remaining nine members entered the qualifiers.

In addition to Brazil, two CONMEBOL teams qualify for the 2027 Women’s World Cup, and two advance to the interconfederation playoffs. There is one phase of play prior to the playoffs.

  • Top two teams
• 2 teams advance to interconfederation playoffs:
  • Third and fourth placed teams
• Remaining 5 teams eliminated
