The Confederation of North/​Central American and Caribbean Association Football [CONCACAF] has 35 FIFA members. The list of teams entering the 2027 Women’s World Cup qualifiers is yet to be confirmed.

Four CONCACAF teams qualify for the 2027 Women’s World Cup, and two advance to the interconfederation playoffs. There are two phases of play prior to the playoffs.

• Six groups
• Single round robin
• 6 teams advance to CONCACAF W Championship:
  • First placed team in each group
• Remaining teams eliminated

CONCACAF W CHAMPIONSHIP

• 8 teams
• Three rounds:
  • Quarterfinals: Four matches
  • Semifinals: Two matches
  • Third place and final: Two matches
• Single matches [extra time and penalties if needed]
• 4 teams qualify for final tournament:
  • Winners of quarterfinal matches
• Repechage playoffs to be confirmed
