The Asian Football Confederation [AFC] has 46 FIFA members. 38 have entered the qualifiers for the 2027 Women’s World Cup.

Six AFC teams qualify for the 2027 Women’s World Cup, and two advance to the interconfederation playoffs. There are two phases of play prior to the playoffs.

• Remaining 26 teams eliminated

    • Top two teams in each group

    • Quarterfinals: Four matches
    • Semifinals: Two matches
