The CONCACAF Central American preliminary round reached its conclusion on FRI 31 AUG 2018, effectively with a third place match and a final match.

• El Salvador 02-02 Nicaragua: Nicaragua came back from two goals down, as Martha SILVA ZAPATA scored twice in the last fifteen minutes. The Pinoleras finish in third place, ahead of El Salvador on goal difference.
• Panama 01-03 Costa Rica: A brace by Raquel RODRÍGUEZ led the Ticas to the top of the group. Regardless of the result, both teams had already secured their places in the CONCACAF Women’s Championship.
