The draw for the UEFA group phase of qualifiers for the 2015 Women’s World Cup was made on TUE 16 APR 2013, and many teams will see some familiar faces across the pitch.

Norway and the Netherlands, who are in the same group for Women’s Euro 2013, find themselves in the same group for the second consecutive qualifying campaign. Russia and Ireland Rep also faced off in the 2011 qualifiers but have a more challenging task this time, as their Group 1 also features Germany. Newcomers Montenegro, like their male counterparts, will have the opportunity to give the England squad fits.

The winners of each of the seven groups qualify automatically for Canada 2015, and the top four of the second placed teams advance to the playoffs, from which an eighth team qualifies.
