The draw for the UEFA playoffs was held on FRI 26 NOV 2021 in Zürich, Switzerland. The twelve teams were drawn into three paths of four teams each.

The semifinal matches will be played on THU 24 MAR 2022, and the final matches on TUE 29 MAR 2022. The winners of the three finals qualify for the 2022 Men’s World Cup.
