Croatia’s Luka MODRIĆ has been honoured as the top player at the 2018 Men’s World Cup after leading his squad to the final. Modrić finished the tournament with two goals and an assist. Eden HAZARD of Belgium was awarded the Silver Ball, and Antoine GRIEZMANN of France received the Bronze Ball.

England’s Harry KANE came away with the Golden Boot after scoring six goals. Griezmann’s four goals and two assists earned him the Silver Boot, and Belgium’s Romelu LUKAKU received the Bronze Boot with four goals and one assist.

Lukaku’s Belgian teammate Thibaut COURTOIS was honoured as the best goalkeeper with the Golden Glove. Kylian MBAPPÉ, who scored in France’s 4-2 victory over Croatia in the final, received the Best Young Player award, and Spain received the Fair Play award with no red cards and two yellow cards in four matches.
