The CONCACAF third preliminary round and semifinal round were drawn in St Petersburg, Russia, on THU 25 JUN 2015.

Surprise Men’s Gold Cup finallists Jamaica face Nicaragua in the third preliminary round, and Haiti meet Grenada. The winners of these serieses advance to semifinal Group B, where they will meet Costa Rica and Panama.

The top two teams in each semifinal group progress to the final round, which sends three teams to Russia 2018 and a fourth to the CONCACAF/​AFC playoff.
