Guyana trailed 6-4 on aggregate with fifteen minutes remaining and then scored two, but having conceded four goals at home, the aggregate draw was insufficient.
• St Lucia 04-05 Antigua-Barbuda: St Lucia led 4-2 on aggregate with eight minutes left to play, which was just enough time for an epic comeback by the Benna Boys. Tavaughn HARRIETTE scored in the 85th minute, and then both Josh PARKER and Aaron TUMWA scored in stoppage time.
• Bermuda 00-01 Guatemala: A goalless first leg created some nervy moments for the Chapines, but Stefano CINCOTTA scored the lone goal to put his side through.
• Suriname 01-04 Nicaragua: Roxey FER equalised on aggregate in just the third minute, but after that point the visitors regained control. This could be the start of a footballing climb for Nicaragua, normally more passionate about baseball.
• El Salvador 06-03 St Kitts-Nevis: The Sugar Boyz earned a 2-2 draw in the first leg, but in San Salvador, they were put on the back foot early. Darwin CERÉN put the home side ahead on aggregate just two minutes in, and Nelson BONILLA scored a brace to go with his first leg goal.
