[FRI 01 JUN 2012 – 07:16:52 UTC]

In the first of the day’s two Group A matches, Tahiti cruised to a 10-1 victory over Samoa as Lorenzo TEHAU scored four goals. Bertrand KAI’s hat trick led New Caledonia to a 5-2 win over Vanuatu.
The tournament decides the OFC title as well as the teams in the final round of qualifiers for Brazil 2014. The top two teams in each group advance to that phase.
