A stampede on SAT 18 JUN 2005 prior to the CAF second round Group 5 match between Kenya and Morocco has resulted in the death of a supporter aged fifteen. The crush occurred at one of the gates of the stadium in Nairobi, which had been kept shut for several hours before the spectators began to force their way in. The teenager was fatally trampled, and six others were injured. Kenya's sports minister, Ochilio AYACKO, is expected to address the tragedy on MON 20 JUN 2005.
