» Mexico 04-01 El Salvador: Barely two minutes after the kickoff, bees attacked El Salvador’s goal, causing a nine minute delay. The goal was under attack by El Tri throughout the rest of the match, as four different players scored to earn qualification.
» Costa Rica 04-00 Trinidad-Tobago: Alvaro SABORÍO scored twice in three minutes as los Ticos climbed to third. They are assured of at least a place in the playoff.
